Welcome to the website relating to proposals by Capreon for Jacksons Field, a new high-quality landscape-led residential development on a 7-acre (2.83 hectares) site in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire. The site is surrounded on three sides by existing housing.

The site forms the northern part of the Council’s adopted Policy BE2 allocation for residential use. The remaining and larger part of the allocation, known as Hollands Farm, located to the south of Jacksons Field, is being promoted by Catesby Estates and is the subject of a separate planning application. Both schemes have been designed to complement each other, and deliver a comprehensive and sustainable development over the combined sites.
